Ability to trek 8–10 km with 600–900 m gain carrying 8–10 kg, plus weekly strength sessions. We share a 6–8 week plan covering endurance, hill repeats, core, and mobility.
Shared gear (ropes, anchors) is ours. Personal gear—double boots, harness, helmet, crampons—can be rented at base. We send a detailed checklist with recommended brands and fit tips.
Itineraries follow “climb high, sleep low” where possible, with daily SpO₂/HR checks. Leaders are trained for AMS/HACE/HAPE protocols with O₂, pressure bags, and evacuation plans.
Absolutely—many climbers join solo. Typical teams are 8–12 with a high guide-to-client ratio. Private departures are available on request.
